Where is Yokai Society based?
Yokai Society is based in the United States and ships worldwide from our US and international locations in Japan, China and Europe. Orders are dispatched from the location that offers the fastest delivery to your address, depending on stock and destination.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with secure digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All available options for your country are shown at checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing usually takes 1-3 business days. As soon as your order is prepared and handed to the carrier, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as quickly as possible with your full name and order number. If the order has not entered preparation or shipped yet, we will do our best to adjust or cancel it.

Yes. We ship worldwide.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on all orders. There is no minimum order amount.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your country and which location ships your order. Estimated shipping times for your address are displayed on the product page and again at checkout before you place your order.

Will all my items arrive together?
Most orders ship in a single parcel. In some cases, if items are stored in different locations, your order may be split into separate shipments. You will receive tracking for each parcel if that happens.

What is your return policy? Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging kept intact. For eligible returns, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, depending on stock availability.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, contact us with your full name, order number, the item you want to return or exchange and the reason. We will reply with the next steps and return address details.

What if my package shows as delivered but I did not receive it?
First, check with neighbors, reception or your building mailbox area, since carriers sometimes scan parcels a little early. If you still cannot locate your package after a short time, contact us with your full name and order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us as soon as you can with your full name, order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

How does your sizing work?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart and fit notes. Because cuts and fabrics vary between designs, always rely on the measurements and recommendations shown on the product page instead of assuming one universal sizing system.

What if I am between two sizes or still unsure which size to choose?
If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed streetwear fit, especially for tops and outerwear. You can compare the measurements on the product page with a similar piece you already own, or contact us with your height, weight and the item you are interested in so we can suggest the best size.
